<P>富春山居已经有四套别墅及排屋，另外绿城七里香溪、云溪蝶谷、九月森林都有在做地源热泵，</P><P>栖霞居3号及67号分别钻孔6个，每个孔深45米，直径110毫米，每个孔埋管D32*29PE管4根，钻孔总深度260米左右，埋管总深度1000多米。</P><P>虽然说看起来有些麻烦，但可以提供制冷、制热、生活热水，又很环保，还是划算的。</P>

早年纺织厂就有利用地下水恒温特点运行空调系统的。不知现在的地源热泵系统的环保评价如何？对地下水水质的影响如何？

<P>基体概算：按建筑面积计算400元/平米左右。但在平常使用过程中，系统较为节能，在室外温度较高或较低时，能有效保证空调效果，在这同时也可以保证生活热水的使用（夏季生活热水免费）；</P>
