<P>5楼和7楼的次卧室的墙面都存在这个问题，渗水，5楼的次卧室墙角2处渗水</P>
<P>5楼渗水的墙角应该是做壁橱的位置，5楼7楼墙面渗水的位置应该的床头的位置</P>

严重关注,我昨天早上也去看拉一下,因我是西面套所以好一些,因为风是东边吹过来的,但是也有好几处渗水,后叫物管来看拉一下,但是我看到那维修人员的手上已经有厚厚的一叠要修改的单子拉..那维修员说是窗户的缝隙没有打防水胶所造成的,如向这种情况要遇到装修好拉就完拉嘛..要不了多久就要长野生的蘑菇拉,望令外的邻居也去看看最好是在下暴风雨时去看看..希望开发商也能看看,你们给我们的建造的最后惊点.惊到拉什么样的成度..人还没住就漏水拉那叫精点吗?[em01]

还有我昨天籽细的看拉一下,那窗户外的缝隙大多没打防水胶啊,如一遇到大风大雨那还不是外面下大雨而里面下小雨嘛..希望开发商能将那窗户外的缝隙给从新给做一遍,要是不早点防范后过很严重啊,一但装修完成那省失将无法弥补啊....[em01]

<P>周六顶着狂风暴雨去看房子，担心漏水，结果在小区里转了近20分钟找工程部（偶是三期的，物管说没钥匙）。</P><P>找到工程部后，在办公室里等了10多分钟，原因是那位以前帮我开过门的工程人员钥匙被水电工拿走了，而另一位身上就挂着秋3钥匙的据说是负责铝合金的人物，不但对浑身湿透的我的哀求无动于衷，而且全过程中一直操杭州话与周围几个人嬉笑，好象我压根不存在一样。最后我在无奈和气愤中离开了小区，什么也没看到。</P><P>就这素质，就这态度，可以想见这种人做出的活是什么样了。[em03][em03]</P>

俺本来在现在要装修的后来一想还是等到明年春天再装修拉.因为房子刚交给我还有的问题我可能还不知道啊..说不定还要沉降或另外的问题啊..我还是先看看再说啊.要是装修好拉再出现问题就比较麻烦啊..还是小心点好啊..另外小区我在网上还看到有开裂的呢..如装修好拉就比较难发现啊..毕竟我们小区还没经历过风雨啊..刚造出来的嘛..[em01]

造屋时正巧水泥涨价，施工商没有配足水泥，这个残(3)级开发商监理不严造了漏（楼）房给我们。政府质监验收失职啊，按合同全面返修吧！

还有那房子上刷在那里的白灰也是有问题的,一遇到水化拉..因为是刷墙壁时没添加墙体胶水的源过啊,,那这种墙壁粉刷在那里有何用?那不是骗骗我们业主嘛,,不能受潮一潮就掉啊..你们不信就用水倒一下再用手刮一下看哦...[em01]
