请大家议议房型，哪种比较好

看了这么多帖子，为什么没有讨论房型的呢？这可是涉及到过段时间选房的事情呀，相当重要！
现在把户型上传，请大家议议究竟哪种户型较为实用，哪种户型较差，缺陷在哪里？

偶们学校木有J户型，因此偶的排序为KFDAC，其余都差不多，就看位置和楼层了。

我们学校就只有A和B
K固然好但是考虑到风水学说太圆头圆脑最重要的是这样属于异型装修材料施工等全部要*2.5的
大家看A好 A是不需要多大改动的装修也省钱但是建议主卧最好背景墙有隔音作用（请看电梯位置）就怕早睡的人晚上要受电梯上下的干扰。

从越层来说 
B应该大于A 但是B要改造楼梯才会好 省出一个做卫生间一个做储存间/走入式衣柜 否则那个位置被楼梯占了很不好
为什么说A越不好 实在是露台不是很好 B的露台很不错又是朝着河的
另外A是边套对于顶楼越层来说中间套也无所谓可能A的越层价格和B越层价格是一样的（B多A共20平左右但是据说东边套比中间套多10%的价格西边套是5% 浙江大学经济房是这么算的）
B的卧室在南的上下就2个实在少了点 但是客厅气派 时尚的人会更加喜欢B 户型 
毕竟现在睡觉的时间越来越少了呵呵 
A比较传统老派点
但如果非越层的我绝对选A毕竟少10平便宜多了 实际使用面积和B差不多的 朝向和位置也比B好点

愚见：房子包括卧室要亮（楼层、朝向），最好能晒得进太阳，面积利用率高，房子整体上要整气（室内格局），本身对面积大小的要求、自己的经济实力等等，以及“风水”因素。

不过整个小区的房子各种朝向都有
大家最好分几天三个时段都观察一下 
住在水木清华的同事跟我说在小和山朝向要根据周遍情况确定不光光朝南的好也有其他超向得不错
我去现场看了看实在很密密得有些朝南的房子楼层底的都很难晒到太阳 
哭死 
不过工大的区块多层的都很不错

因此我觉得在这个小区不光看户型还得考虑所处的楼以及周边环境综合考虑当然最基本的就是我们有哪些户型羡慕工大选择的余地真多
