昨天，我把整个楼盘转了个遍，发现东溪公寓种植的基本上都是水杉，只有少数几棵银杏（也是屈指可数啊）。而别墅区一、二期内也有种植水杉的，只有三期的南屏苑没有种植水杉。这样看来，整个楼盘的档次明显偏低。
水杉，这种树种。到了秋天就光秃秃了，影响小区的美观；而且落叶飘得到处都是，对小区的卫生环境也有影响。
我觉得小区内应该种些四季常青的树种，而且一定要有大树，可以配些灌木，还有花卉，小桥流水，绿化布景错落有致，这样看上去才有档次。（小桥流水可是楼书里有的，中能不会做虚假广告吧。）
我想我们的“王董”，不会连业主们这点起码的要求，都满足不了吧。

据中能说,公寓楼旁边的水杉准备挪到旁边去,水系还是会有的,当然不知道这个水系会是什么样子,中间的水杉是需要配合整个绿化景致用的 .反正,多说无用,就现在这个样子我是绝对不可能接受的,要等也可以,就是不要等到木已成舟才知后悔.

水杉的问题是：它会长得很高大，可达30-40米，而我们楼盘的土层只有1米左右。能支撑得住吗？万一台风来了能抵挡得住吗？水杉是相对便宜的树种，也是工矿、学校、还有铁路沿线种得比较多的树种，用在高档小区好象从来没见过，现在的感觉是别墅区用的都是贵的、好的树种，而公寓区以便宜的水杉为主要树种，好象是在内部形成贫富两个阶层似的。水杉也不是说不能用，用在水岸边还是挺好的，但在更内部的主要景观，希望多用点香樟、桂花树等常绿树种，形成丰富的层次感。

理论？公司会派出代表给你一个“无比满意”的答复和表态的，让你放心，相信公司，绝对没有问题的。结果呢？等你去拿房，你会五脏六肺都要气炸！！！听说公寓后的违法污水处理池，开发商就是这样忽悠业主的，结果，12345市长热线确认它是违法的，责令拆除！当时，听到这事真是伤心！
