FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">十五、业主要加强山林火灾防范意识,遵守防火制度,禁止在“禁火区”燃放烟花鞭炮和燃烧废弃物。燃放鞭炮要在指定地点和指定时间燃放。禁止燃放违禁花炮。因违禁行为引起火灾或导致其他伤害发生的,要承担因扑救火灾或伤害所发生的全部费用及相关的刑事和民事责任。</span></b><b><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt;
