<p>我是六楼的，咱们见过面了，^_^。</p><p>最近我正被噪声烦着那，我们单元的房子设计的那景观了，现在是客厅吵，餐厅吵，主卧吵，次卧吵，就北边的房间好点。</p><p>不过我看到北面那片空地上原来那些驻扎的人员开始搬迁了，是否北面这片空地要开始动工了。</p>

<p>那个噪音是二楼或者三楼的，这两天没听到，哪天有了我再上楼仔细看看，然后让物业来修。</p><p>北边是不是要造公交总站？但愿不要对我们影响太大吧，sigh</p>

<p>杭州可能要把灵溪和吉庆山两隧道连起来<br/>2007年04月25日&nbsp; 06:19:10&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 杭州网</p><p>西湖景区内最堵的地方在哪里？高峰期每小时通过3400辆车</p><p>灵隐路和灵溪隧道南接线交叉口——这是西湖景区内交通最拥挤的地方，有关部门做了调查，高峰期每小时车辆通过量达3400辆。</p><p>今年春节期间，这个交叉口南北向的车辆，从灵溪隧道内一直堵到吉庆山隧道内；东西向的车辆，从灵隐景区门口一直排到浙江医院，有出租车司机说，<br/>走这段路要花两个小时。</p><p>最近，杭州市城建、规划、国土、交警支队等职能单位和相关专家，聚在一起商量如何解决这个问题。</p><p>灵隐路和灵溪隧道南接线交叉口之所以堵，和灵溪隧道的重要地理位置有关。</p><p>在景区内，这个位置是灵隐景区、梅家坞、龙井、杭州动物园、虎跑公园的重要接点，从城中、城西出发去这些景点的车辆，大多得经过该交叉口；</p><p>从城市发展来看，近些年，杭州城西和城东发展迅猛，从城西到东部的钱塘江边，譬如钱江新城和滨江，最方便的路线就是走西溪路、过灵溪隧道，然后穿过吉庆山隧道、五老峰隧道到虎跑路。这就让本属于景区道路的灵溪隧道，额外承担了城市交通的功能。</p><p>会上，大家提出了两种解决方案：</p><p>一是拓宽交叉口，通过重新渠化来改善交通能力——渠化的意思是，在交叉口重新划分车道，以前遇到红灯，交叉口的一面只能停一辆车子，经过渠化后，能停多辆车子，这样，在绿灯来时，交叉口短时间内通过的车子就多。</p><p>二是增建一条隧道。</p><p>这条隧道从灵溪隧道南口前不远处挖下去，从地下沿着目前的灵溪隧道南接线往南走，到吉庆山隧道北口前出来，长度约1000米。</p><p>这样，今后南来北往的车子将走地下，把灵隐路和灵溪隧道南接线交叉口的地面，以及普福岭路和梅灵北路交叉口的地面都让出来，用来通过东西向的车流，两个方向的车辆被立体分流。</p><p>由于第二种方案的交通改善能力大，会上很多专家都倾向于它；目前，城建部门已委托有关设计院对此新建隧道方案进行进一步细化设计。</p><p><strong><font color="#ff0000">同时，大家认为，有必要加快研究沟通城西与城东的第二条南北向快速通道，以彻底减轻灵隐路和灵溪隧道南接线交叉口的交通压力——这条快速通道，目前的大致选址是，从<u>紫金港路</u>开始，穿过西湖群山，到达灵隐景区后面。</font></strong></p>
