其他都不错的.特别是漂浮前进的训练.漂浮的要点是肌肉完全放松.初学时往往做不到完全放松,于是感觉人很重,往下沉.

估计我的毛病就在肌肉没有完全放松,所以感觉特累,呼吸急,试着游50米,发现同25米一样累,或许心理作用也是一大问题。

每个动作之后都有个漂的过程.这个说得很好.会游后自己感觉下漂得快不快,顺不顺,流畅不流畅,可以此来修正自己的动作.慢慢可以游得又快又漂亮.当然也是感觉最轻松的.

<p>谢谢莲队的指点,好好学习了一下,发现我游泳不到位的地方太多,如“<span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: tahoma; mso-hansi-font-family: tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: tahoma;"><font size="2">蛙式推进主力来源在脚的蹬并所产生的,约占了全部推力的八成”,我就是脚蹬得不够有力,所以游不快。动作也不够谐调,所以尽管我们政苑的游泳高手前辈也多次指点我,无奈悟性太低,还是游不好。<font size="3">[em04]</font>游泳实在是一个很好的健身运动,不仅对颈椎、腰椎有好处,对保持体形也有好处,政苑游泳馆结束了,我们还是应该坚持这项运动。</font></span></p><p><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: tahoma; mso-hansi-font-family: tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: tahoma;"><font size="2">有一点看不懂,蛙泳的重心在腰上,要怎么样保持?请高人指点。</font></span></p>
