山居MM辛苦了,照片拍得很美,样板房挺漂亮的,元旦的时候我也去看了,那天刚好断电,所以我拍的照片很暗,一套房子装修化了三百万,可以抵我们当初悠远居两套房子了.

是啊!差不多都是170万左右，那时我们来看房子，还只是一片山地，有几户农家住着，他们还对我们说这地方木老老好，现在要让给我们了，我看他们也住得像在世外桃园，有一条小溪从山上流下来，他们顺着小溪挖了一个潭，他们还说这地方夏天很凉快，不用开空调，冬天很暖和，真的是好地方！

我觉得很值得,我认为富春山居的内部品质的确不算是顶尖的,但是自然环境却是最好的!我买别墅就图这个!

烧壁炉嘛,还可以烤年糕,晒太阳特别舒服,我倒是觉得夏天比较难熬,因为房子通透明亮,冬天没问题的!
