是的,华丰现在是被低估了,因为那边到处都在造路、修路，很多人根本都不知道那里，那边，还有北景园都是被遗忘的。但这是暂时的，等高架造好、东新路延伸段开通，人们会忽然发现它。

<p>7000左右的价格，老百姓还是可以买买看的。</p><p>不知道小区规划，建筑立面，景观之类的怎么样啊，最好能物超所值！</p>

将来交通会还可以。只是周围环境太差，这是大问题。短期估计不会有很大改善。怕是升的没有城西之类的快吧。

<p>石桥和石祥交叉口旁边,交通方便,旁边就有一个交通总站,晚上夜班车目前有3辆,分别通往城西古荡,武林广场,及钱江新城,白班车更是有十几班之多(通往城站 火车东站 汽车东站 汽车北站都有),周围土地均以卖出,都为住宅和商务用地.下城区这么小,好的地块在很少了.远一点是杭州公交车停车厂 不久就要搬离,土地升值空间极大.南面和西面住宅地块分别被华润集团(大家都知道)和香港嘉里集团(买下浙江大学湖滨校区的)在06年和07年买到,东面地块由本住宅kfs润和集团买进(楼面价3600多 买的时间是07年4月大概)现在房价才6000多,各位杭州想买房的好好想清楚 .存属建议</p>
