这几天刚去过,东区绿花面积大,还有大草坪,西区可就要委曲点了。5.1米架空效果与效果图差距不小，可能还没完全完成吧？小区里银杏树不少，想想今年秋天的美景吧！大家要多多来论坛！别光潜水！！！

东西区价格相差莫多！而西区的绿化确远远不如东区，这就是房产公司的经营之道。第一期、第二期、第三期，一期比一期密。所以，钱赚得越来越多。

<P>西区也是不错的，主要是32#西侧的绿化还没做，而且我们的河均分了主要绿化带，使绿化带不够厚度，景观层次差一些，我想西侧绿化会好一些，不过我很不喜欢那些灌木，脏脏的，还是草皮好看又干净，但要是草籽就更好了，现在的草皮象瘌痢头</P>[em03]

<P><FONT face=仿宋_GB2312><FONT face=楷体_GB2312>toher,你好！目前，国际流行的较为公认的小区绿化，就是类似于我们世纪新城似的绿化。如灌木型多于草皮型，常绿型与落叶型相交叉，等等。据说这样更环保！记得《读者》上有一篇介绍绿化的文章，说的就是这样，具体忘了。另外，我是西区的，我对西区的打了基础的草皮总有点忧虑，为啥？我问绿化公司，为什么草皮要打底？他们说可以停停消防车。停消防车？再联想到以前问房产公司停车事宜时，好像说地面基本不停车，只有少量的客车车位（按小时收费）。该不会是这些打了基础的草皮吧？因为我实在看不出哪里有地面的客车车位。如果是这样，那就晕了</FONT>！</FONT></P>

赞同你的观点!草坪少了些.打了基础的是紧急情况下停消防车用的,不可能停其他车的.感觉小区没做到人车分流,电梯间设计简单,架空层不够精致......反正按南都的楼盘来衡量总少了点什么,也许还是少点投入吧

<P>不知一幢的楼下是什么店铺，看见照片觉得东区绿化比西区好多了，西区建筑密度太高了，东区的不沿街的小高层是真的不错</P>

世纪新城位置是没得说的！无论是生活条件还是教育条件。世纪联华超市商品应有尽有，而且商品的价格、质量也还过得去。交通吗，南面的文二路、中间的益乐路、北面的文一路上都有公交车，应该说是四通八达。现在我们正期待着早日交房，早日入住！还有复兴物业能真正为我们世纪新城的业主们服务！当然，物业费是不好说了。这么大的楼盘，有多少物业公司眼馋着呢！只是我们业主怕折腾。如物业公司让我们失望了，那我们就义无返顾地团结起来！因为物业公司的服务质量，与我们的生活息息相关。
