<P>前天早上睡不着，心血来潮步行3公里到世纪新城。静静的，只有几个早起的工人。</P><P>绿化基本搞好了，只是偶的34幢前后还没有。河道大概东西的都好了吧，西区还没有，河里还没有水。</P><P>楼间距是大的，看了这么大的间距，真后悔不该买顶楼的，要买个三、四层的真不错，感觉花园就在眼前，太高了就享受不到了。</P><P>最大的缺点就是顶楼没有阳台，露台太小，真不爽。</P><P>门厅与金都华庭不同的，华庭是封闭的，世纪新城是开放的。在广州看过一些楼盘，架空做得好感觉是很舒服的。封闭的是放沙发，开放的会放一些木椅，夏天穿堂风吹过来，很凉爽的。</P><P>电梯，是啊，严重关注中，真不希望是西子，但是最好别是日货，这样也就不太有得选了。原装奥的斯不错。</P><P>还有车库，各位邻居们，你们买了吗？太贵了啊，以后停车怎么办呢？</P>[em01]

<P>      我是世纪新城12幢的。自从买入世纪新城后我就对此楼盘抱以极大的关注。冬去春来多少个傍晚，多少个周末，我和先生哪怕工作再忙，都要抽时间到世纪新城的施工现场去走，看看世纪新城点点滴滴的变化，为此我们甚至放弃了所有的兴趣爱好（观看电视剧及对孩子的学习方面的督促教育，我们经常自嘲是工地施工的业余“监督员”）全身心地投入到我们未来的家园——世纪新城中，毕竟为了购买世纪新城的住房我们化完了积蓄，还托了关系欠了人情，因而相信对我们的所为一定能为大多数人理解。</P><P>     眼看着小区内部的环境一天天在改变：河道修好了，河水也蓄满了，一条条彩砖和柏油马路建成了，绿化的品味也没有让人失望。。。。。。屈指算来与在此以前漫长的等待相比有一种曙光在前头的感觉。但近期发现：与益乐路垂直的一条路（路名不详），即东西方向原为隔断世纪新城与北面的经济适用房之间的路正在往西向丰潭路延伸，往东向古翠路延伸，届时通过这条道路上的车辆会给世纪新城5幢、10幢、12幢 、13幢 、27幢 及32幢的住户带来以下影响:1)噪音;2)尘埃;3)安全方面也会有问题。因此，该几幢物业也随之贬值。目前看不出房产和物业对此会有什么措施，比如北面的门窗都没有安装防噪音的中空玻璃。</P><P>      作为12幢的住户为此内心有一种凉凉的感觉，5幢、10幢、12幢 、13幢 、27幢 及32幢的各位住户我们是否应该团结起来向房产商提出诸如门窗玻璃更换成中空玻璃等的要求呢？</P><P>  </P>

昨天去看了一下, 真是太慢了, 楼里的房门好象还没装好, 绿化也不是很精神的样子, 好多树到现在也没长出叶子来, 八幢前面的草皮到现在也没中, 工人好象基本都撤了, 真是不知道在搞什么, 不要现在不做, 到时候交房的时候又因为这样那样的原因推迟了, 东区的房子造好都快两年了, 都要旧了!希望开发商抓紧工作进度啊!

<P>我也经常会去看，好多树木都黄了，而且小河的水很混浊，以后肯定招蚊子。整个小区感觉没人管，只有门口的几个保安。最可恨的是几个保安长得怪怪的样子，服装也不干净，不像其他物业的保安总是很挺拔很精神。不知他们是不是复兴物业的，令人对以后的物业管理丧失信心。</P>
