政苑小区前期物管之业主巡检报告

已阅，还有楼梯感应电灯不灵光，走到灯底下也不这亮，要脚着重蹲一下才会亮，有没办法解决的？      再有，单元门钥匙开过后还打不大开，要男同志帮忙猛推才行，是不是要上油了？

  又还有，楼道的水管箱门总是自动打开着，好事者插上一些纸把门关紧，但不久又开了，虽楼道还是够宽的，但总觉得碍事儿，能不能装插销？开关由人决定，而不是由它自个儿或者由风儿来决定？

    拜托物管管管，管管胜于不管，你不管叫我管，这是大家的我也不管，但总之还要人管，迟管不如早管，摇下来后就要大管，所以尽快管管。

物管对小区的有贡献，但破坏也不少！花钱要办好事，花钱之前要论证，不要把事情办成坏事、臭事，少做无用功。

这些细节方面的事情多着呢！楼下的门松了，自动关上不会锁死了，仅仅只是碰碰上；每户人家的照明电灯设计得很不合理，造成进了家门，外边的灯还亮着，是不是应该改装为定时的那种呢？每次早晨出门发现门口的灯是彻夜亮着的，真是心痛啊～[em04]

小区绿化方面的两个问题：一是学校河边菜地。原因一是产权和责任不明确；二是“菜农”竟是部分业主，理由竟然是地荒着也是荒着……。这种现象别说与号称“堂堂省级机关和全省……示范小区”不符，在杭州市区的其他小区恐怕也是绝无仅有的，说出去不免让人耻笑——走了一区又一区，政苑象农村！二是C区绿化薄弱。相比整个政苑，C区的绿化效果可以说是最差劲的，不说形不成有点档次的绿化景观，甚至没有几棵像样点的大树。特别是北边小高层一带，几乎是光秃秃一溜，没载一棵树。有的地方甚至还有表土裸露，可以说是偷工减料，敷衍了事，粗之又粗！自入住政苑以来，经常受到某些尊尊教导：如小区档次啊品位啊云云，并以此为由享受了某些强制性的待遇。但对上述问题却熟视无睹和无所作为，有点让人费解。<span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">关于<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">C<span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">区北面小高层前的绿化问题，从现有车位情况看，停放一辆小车后尚有近<chmetcnv wst="on" unitname="米" sourcevalue="2" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">2米</chmetcnv>空余，完全可挖潜绿化。建议将楼前车位从靠墙一侧辟出一块，连同原来的花坛一起重新修砌，种上绿化效果较好的树木，并在一些空地上补种树木，提高绿化密度，改善绿化环境。希望尊贵的物业和业委会能光顾此贴并有所行动。

有几幢房子公共部位要大修了！物管干的坏事一箩筐啊！装无用的不锈钢拉门、乱打洞、乱树标牌、乱张贴等等。1号路桥头还有物管设的一个大水泥墩等待拔牙（夜间骑车很容易撞上）。

话虽言重了，但现象确实存在。从擅自在门厅拉线安装电视广告，到随意在墙上钉牌打孔，好端端的新楼被搞得千疮百孔、蜘蛛纵横，让人心痛。水平啊水平！
