建议业主委员会和业主代表对整个小区进行全面巡检，再结合投票情况，对同人物业的物管质量进行评估后，再决定是否聘其承担小区物管职责。当然，也可以邀请社会机构对小区物管现状进行评估。

如此实在的问题，甚至比垃圾站、变电所的问题要实在、容易解决得多，却很少有人关心，实在是让人心寒啊！如此明显的问题都解决不了，不是我泼冷水，周边污染问题就熄火吧！

从来就没有什么救世主,也不靠神仙皇帝.要创造政苑的环境,全靠我们自己!别指望物业和业委会,那是事务局的傀儡.试想,把一个车位同时卖给了二个人,明显的违法,还振振有词.这种事居然发生在省政府名下的政苑,王法何在?政苑的村民要建立自己的小群体,是维权的小群体.要象当年战争年代一样,发展壮大自己的力量.一人有事,大家一起向物管开进!久违了,兄弟姐妹们,还记得我吗?
