<P>       昨天中午又去了，西区桂花开了，32＃门口有几棵巨大的桂花树，好香，星星点点落在草皮上，好美哦，立刻对小区的将来有了憧憬，交房时银杏树叶会黄灿灿，也很不错哦，死掉的灌木在补种了，树木也算有点层次，西区邻居心情有否好点呢？</P><P>       不过：32＃西面花园现在处于三不管地带，有很多“便便”，实在恶心，望物管加强管理，但以后小区封闭后不会这样吧。内河水面现在很低，水草都露在岸上，有些枯萎了，很可惜，是否设计时常年水位考虑不当呢？</P><P>有空我会把照片上传。</P>[em06],

对于目前市场价格的问题：近期交付的每个小区都以黄牛为主，大量抛售不足为奇，加上市场相对不景气，价格当然不高，有否发现卖12000的位置都不是很好？但我想他们会后悔的，同时欢迎真正的邻居买入二手房后快快入住。个人觉得西区会好一些，因为当时期房价格高，黄牛少一些，自住率会高一些，我对门会自住吧？[em07]

<P>我去看了世纪新城我的家，保安、服务人员态度还算不错。</P><P>看了一下房子，觉得美中不足的各位网上邻居说的门窗，门只是简宜的木门，我要是出门了我的心还在门上，门锁极普通的，所以无论白天出门还是晚上在房内休息就是提心吊胆。何时才能放下心啊！</P><P>窗户要是外面下大雨，屋内肯定下小雨漏雨。新房子一下子就成为“漏房”，好难受的。</P><P>还有室内的只有一扇，有些房子一扇都没有，应该厨房与休息室修建“隔离门”，不然的做饭的时候“油烟滚滚”。</P>

<P>昨天去西区逛逛，与负责绿化施工的工头聊了，32幢西面的空地将会好好地绿化一番，中间现在平整的将是草坪，绿化和围墙将延升到小区内行河与益乐村后面的河的交接处，该处也将另造一座桥通到世纪新城附属的毛家桥小学门口前的道路上。</P><P>西区的河道将进一步做细致的绿化，岸边将补一些柳树，取代过去的小松树...</P>

二期下周就开始陆续交房了。关于沿高技路的北窗换中空玻璃的事，在此呼吁12，31，32等各幢的业主，抓住交房的时机与KSF交涉！现在高技路通车了，噪音还是很大的，大家不要麻木啊！另外，小区内河的整治也很成问题，疏浚工作根本没有做好，水位也很低，露出了毛糙的堤岸，此乃一大败笔！楼书上可说明写着河有15米宽的，大家可以认真地去量一下，可能10米都没有，严格说这可是KSF违约噢！
