<P>苦瓜芝麻炒鸡蛋</P>
<P>做法:1)苦瓜一个,洗净,去瓤,切薄片,小锅里烧开水,加点儿盐,把苦瓜片放进去烫一下,冲凉水,拧干水分。2)鸡蛋2-3个,加盐打散。若希望滑嫩的口感,可以加点水淀粉进去,一起打散。3)锅热油,加蒜片炒香,倒入苦瓜,翻炒几下,加盐,加一把炒熟的白芝麻,翻炒均匀,倒入蛋液,摊匀,等鸡蛋熟了就好了。喜欢吃炒的老一点的鸡蛋,就多在锅里炒一会儿。
