强烈要求小区业委会出面，制止A区南面小区河流对岸被人大肆侵占绿地的开荒行为！开荒种地本无可厚非，但一些人为一己之私利，不断蚕食侵占属于政苑小区的绿地，大肆开荒种菜，越演越烈。不仅好端端的绿地被搞得支离破碎，并且大面积开荒以后，导致成片土地裸露，一遇干燥有风天气，会造成泥土浮尘笼罩整个小区，直接影响小区居民正常生活和身心健康。为此，强烈要求小区业委会出面，尽快制止小区绿地被人肆意侵占开荒的不良行为！

A区河对面的草坪已破坏得相当厉害。那些种菜的人得寸进尺，不停地蚕食绿化带，践踏草坪，砍伐绿树，推着自行车来往摧残绿草，随意搭棚拉绳，还挂着破塑料袋示威。有天散步去河边，走近菜地，阵阵恶臭飘来，蚊蝇齐舞。难怪现在小区里红头大苍蝇特别多，在阳台开窗挂衣服的一会儿，就有苍蝇飞进屋。以前曾反映过，说是此地管辖单位不明。但绿化种植和管理单位总找得到的。

关于广大业主较为关心的楼道粉刷问题，经业委会和物管方面多方努力，现资金已到位，省直房产开发公司目前正在招标，近期将开工！

电梯里贴上了紧急维修的电话号码,很好,先赞一个!可电梯没有覆盖网络信号,万一被卡在电梯里,有手机也无用,怎么办?

本该由厂家承担的电梯售后服务和保养，却被开发商的兄弟承担，对服务的专业化水平和质量表示异议！又是想者法子提高物管成本的举措。里面有猫腻啊！

近日，目睹政苑D区一大妈在该区门口当面炮轰物管收费人员，场面很悲壮，最后甩出一句话：“就这样的服务质量，一辈子不交物管费！”走了。对物管的教育任务，由一位老大妈来承担，是政苑的悲哀。

对于收取物业费一事,业委会就有责任出面作个解释表个态度什么的,象目前这种状态不是好现象.任何一个正常的和谐的小区,村民或是物业有些问题很正常,不正常的是回避问题漠视问题.对于收物业费问题,最终的好的结果只有三种:1)正常收取,会有个别问题但通过一般管理手段即解决;2)业主或业委会采取群体性行动,以拒交为手段达到一定的目的;3)物业或业委会对个别拒交者采取强硬措施甚至于法律手段,以维护小区正常秩序.最终的坏的结果就是,不死不活,小区环境趋向恶化.最终损害全体业主利益.

D区小高层屋顶原为封闭式玻璃门，可以防风避雨。物管擅自将玻璃门改成栅栏门后，无法挡风避雨，特别是风雨交加时，雨水打入楼梯间，楼梯间内也下雨，台风时就更不用说了！强烈建议物管把好事做到底，楼道维修时，将栅栏门改成封闭式保安钢门。

政苑管理处2007年上半年物业服务费收费工作已经过半，截至到6月25日收费率已达78%（其中1-1单元、21-1单元、30幢、31-3单元、32幢、35-2单元、38-2单元、39-1单元、71-1单元、71-2单元的物业服务费已全部收齐）感谢以上业主们对我们工作的大力支持，同时也将积极做好剩余部分的收费工作。

这只能说明政苑大部分业主是顾全大局的、素质是好的，说明物管什么问题？全体业主心里自然有杆秤，花钱秤秤物管的良心。如果物管的良心被狗吃了，下次是否会痛快地交甚至会不会聘你当物管就很难说了。业主与物管之间是支持和被支持关系么?已经交纳物管费是出于对自身形象和花钱买服务的考虑！是合同关系、聘用关系，不是支持关系。难道你真以为是政苑的领导？要感谢群众的支持？
现在，大部分业主已经履行了合同义务，希望物管尽快摆正位置，充分履行《物管条例》和合同规定的业务。
